I'm not positive which flower youre looking at, but the flowers in that bouquet are parrot tulips, anemone, calla lilies, orchids, and roses. I think you might be looking at the parrot tulip :)
The parrot tulip is rather Roccoco! I always refer to the really twisty knotty warty ones (especially the red and green) as "little shop of horror tulips" :}
