Where are you located and when are you open?
We are located at 93 Gates St. in White River Junction VT. The shop is open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and on Saturday from 10am-3pm. During holidays we may extend our hours. Our hours are also subject to large events, in this case we might close the shop on Saturday...so please double check!
Do you deliver?
You bet your bippy we do! We deliver locally to the surrounding Upper Valley, including Lebanon, West Lebanon, Etna, Hanover, Norwich, White River Junction, Hartford, Wilder, Quechee, Meriden and Plainfield. Each town has a different delivery fee ranging from $5-$15 depending on distance, and they'll even arrive in a van with a giant pink flower on the side of it! Minimum delivery arrangements vary based on what you are trying to send. Give us a call to set something up 802.698.0358... if for some reason we don't deliver to the town you're trying to get flowers too, we'll try our hardest to help find somebody who will.
Do you have pictures of arrangements to pick from?
Simplest answer...nope. We do everything custom. If you are really unsure of what to send, and feel as if you can't pick something without seeing a picture, let us pick for you. We promise we wont let you down. Otherwise, maybe think of some colors you think your friend/loved one might enjoy and lets go from there! Plus who wants that smiley face mug anyway?
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Amex and Discover, as well as personal local checks and cash-money! All delivery arrangements must be paid for in advance, either over the phone or in person. (also don't worry...we promise we wont go out and buy a Porsche with your credit card number, everything is safe and secure)
How do I go about setting up an appointment for a wedding consultation? How long does an appointment last...and is there anything I need to bring with me?
We are happy to meet with brides Monday-Friday during the summer season and will set up Saturday appointments during less busy wedding months. The best way to reach Morgan (me, hi...hello!) is to call the shop or send me an email at: email@example.com. Appointments generally last 45min to an hour. I usually request bringing pictures of your dress, bridesmaids dress and any images of bouquets, centerpieces, magical arrangements you have found. I do however request that you don't bring your whole family. Too many opinions can be overwhelming!
I live out of state, how do I go about talking wedding flower with you?
If you live out of the area and wish to talk to us about providing flowers for your wedding, shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can do everything over the phone and through email! I try my best to respond to every email within 24 hours, but please be patient. I do need sleep. If for some reason you haven't heard from me 2-3 days after you sent your original email, please feel free to send it again! The spam monster is an evil creature...
